Since 1983, D R Consultants & Designers, Inc. (DRC) has been a multi-disciplined, award-winning civil infrastructure engineering and construction management support firm based in downtown Los Angeles. The firm’s practice areas are primarily civil infrastructure, roadway/highway and water/wastewater, delivering projects, as a sub and as a prime, for the Port of Los Angeles (POLA) for 18 years, the Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering (LABOE) for 20 years, and for the U.S. Corps of Engineers (USACE) for 15 years. DRC holds the prime contract for Caltrans District 7 PPM services and is a subconsultant on a large firm’s team for on-call services with Caltrans District 8. DRC is a small firm but has big resources to consistently deliver civil engineering excellence for wide range of projects.
For over three decades, DRC has enjoyed new and repeat business with our local, state and federal clients. DRC also maintains multi-year contract with the Port of Long Beach, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, LA METRO, Metropolitan Water District and numerous water agencies, special districts and municipal clients.
