As prime consultant, DRC provided A-E services, under an IQ contract, for various civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and environmental projects at the Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station and Fallbrook Detachment Sites. DRC received eight delivery orders under this contract. DRC prepared construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates for bidding and construction, studies, reports, topographic surveys, field and subsurface investigations. DRC conducted extensive onsite investigations to obtain necessary data for design. Truck Holding Yard, Delivery Order 001: This project involved designing a truck holding yard in the facility'sinterior so that it has space to park up to 12 trucks loaded with ammunition. DRC performed surveying, paving, roadway striping, fencing, fill, lighting, lighting protection, and bringing water and power to this remote location. DRC provides site planning, electrical engineering and various civil engineering services for site grading, utilities, storm system and surface drainage, water systems, dust and erosion control, fencing, and paving.
