Senior Program/Construction Manager

 

Ms. Lehmann brings more than 30 years of experience in civil engineering design, project management, construction support, construction management, operations, expert witness, sustainable design, and transportation program development. She is a seasoned program/project manager and highly skilled technical leader for large transportation projects completed throughout the United States. A proven technical leader for complex civil engineering designs and construction of transportation and government facilities and expert in claims avoidance procedures and review.

 

Ms. Lehmann is a highly experienced operations manager and program manager, responsible for strategic recruiting, practice expansion, oversight of fiscal management, risk management, contract negotiations, and mentoring of staff. She is a strategic thinker who has led new market development, proposal development and project execution. Ms. Lehmann has served as Chair/Director on several professional organization boards, both locally and nationally. Ms. Lehmann is a California registered Professional Engineer, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a LEED Green Associate (USGBC). She also earned a BS in Architectural Studies, an MS in Civil Engineering - Transportation Facilities from the University of Illinois, Urbana, Illinois. She also earned a BS in Civil Engineering - Environmental Engineering specialization at the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois.
