DRC’s Senior CAD Civil Designer Robert Hollingsworth provides support to Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering (LABOE). He has more than 30 years of experience as a Civil Engineering Drafting Technician for LABOE’s Wastewater Construction Management Division and the Environmental Engineering Division. Projects have involved all four of the city’s water treatment plants supporting disciplines for design drawings, As-bid, Change Orders, and As-Builts. Expertise includes MicroStation V8i, IRAS B, and AutoCAD Civil 3D. He has provided CADD system support, troubleshoot software problems, and maintain scanners and copiers. Plus, he led an in-house CAD group responsible for improving resource allocation, user training, and staff feedback to division management.
