Abdollah has decades of experience in planning, engineering, construction, and managing of transportation projects and programs in Southern California on both public agency and private sector sides. He has served as LA Metro’s Sr. Executive Officer leading the 30+ Billion Countywide Highway Programs, has led the City of Long Beach’s Traffic & Transportation Bureau, and served in various technical and managerial capacities at Caltrans. He also has provided project management and advisory services to agencies as a consultant for 11 years.
