Mohsen Mohseni, P.E.

D R Consultants & Designers, Inc. (DRC) is pleased to announce that Mohsen Mohseni, P.E. has joined the DRC as Senior Project Manager.

Mr. Mohseni is a senior project manager with extensive project management skills and experience in all aspects of engineering for transportation projects. He has over 35 years of professional experience devoted to public transportation facilities, roadways, elevated roadways, bridges, railroad trenches, and airports. His experience includes new bridge and bridge widening projects, from developing conceptual plans to final plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction.

He has been involved in many Design-Build projects with multi-faceted discipline requirements and has served on large program consulting management projects. In his previous position, he served as a District Operation Manager for Western States, including offices in Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. He has delivered many local area projects and has served as the Structures Design Manager or the Program Management Consultant (PMC) Structures Manager for numerous large Design-Build projects such as the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor, Alameda Corridor, E-470, Utah I-15, SR-22, SR-91, and more recently I-15 Express Lane Project and the I-405 Improvement Project. He has intimate knowledge of Caltrans PS&E process and Local Assistance Programs and requirements in securing federal funds needed for local agencies.
