Muna Al-Mashat has more than 35 years of civil design experience in roadway and rail design with a diverse technical background on large-scale transportation planning and design programs. Design preparation for roadway and transit projects includes developing and implementing horizontal and vertical alignment and geometric coordination. Proficient with preparing civil designs using Inroads software, including CAD 3D design and drawing production. Worked extensively with LADOT, LABOE, LA County Flood Control District, Caltrans, LA METRO, and utilities. Design support during construction and prepare as-built plans.
