D R Consultants (DRC) Water Resource engineers and scientists specialize in the analysis, planning and design of projects encompassing hydrology, hydraulics, geomorphology and sediment transport, erosion and sedimentation, computer modeling, hydraulic design, flood control, floodplain management, reservoirs and dams, water quality, water supply, hydropower, environmental impact evaluation, stream bank protection, environmental compliance for flood control/water supply projects and habitat conservation and enhancement related to flood control projects.DRC recently won a “Project of the Year” award from the American Public Works Association (APWA) for the design of the Mission Creek widening project for the County of Santa Barbara Flood Control District.
