Mr. Gharibian has more than 20 years of experience in roadway and railroad design (PS&Es) and is knowledgeable of design programs, including MicroStation / Inroads and AutoCAD Civil3D. He has served as Project Manager and as Lead engineer on various transportation and related infrastructure projects throughout Southern California. Projects have been completed for the City of Los Angeles, LA METRO, Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA/Metrolink), Riverside County Transportation Commission, County of Riverside, City of Riverside, City of Glendale, City of Burbank, City of Perris, City of Carson, and City of Pasadena.
